Provenance - the Snoeck company in Belgium

The Belgian company, Snoeck was established in the 1860s, when Albert Snoeck (1840-1917) acquired a manufacturing licence from the American, George Crompton. The first model left the factory in around 1867. Known as BPA, Bordeaux-Paris-Angers, it would make the Snoeck workshops famous. They ceased production in 1976.
